Pack Panic ("the game") is operated by Keith Kostman ("we", "our", or "the seller"). By accessing or playing the game you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Pack Panic is a browser-based puzzle game provided as-is for entertainment. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change over time.
Some features (including Pro) require you to create an account with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough under the laws of your country to enter into a contract.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Pack Panic Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase or a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. By completing checkout you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, taxes, automatic renewal of subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time from the in-app Premium screen or from paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro until then. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Free players see ads served by Google AdSense between game sessions. We don't control ad creative; report inappropriate ads via Google's ad-feedback flow. Pro users see no ads.
The game's code, design, original artwork, sounds, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for non-commercial entertainment. You're welcome to share screenshots and stream gameplay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game (including any Pro entitlement) if you materially breach these terms, if your payment fails or is reversed, if we reasonably suspect fraud or a security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible. You may stop using the game and close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms as the game evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where reasonable. Continued play after changes means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country still apply.
