Pack Panic is operated by Keith Kostman. We want you to be happy with Pack Panic Pro. If you're not, you can request a full refund — no questions asked — within 30 days of your purchase.
Both Pack Panic Pro plans (one-time lifetime purchase and monthly subscription) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date. For monthly subscriptions, the 30-day window applies to each individual renewal payment.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once the refund is processed, your Pro entitlement is removed and your account reverts to the free tier. Local data on your device (high scores, settings) is not affected.
If you simply want to stop a recurring monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time from the in-app Premium screen or from paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep Pro until then.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer rules.
